Working together

Terms and Conditions

Clear expectations for digital website and automation projects.

Scope and proposal

Every project begins with a written proposal or invoice describing the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment milestones. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, brand assets, feedback and required access on time. Delays in these items may move the delivery date.

Payments

Work begins after the agreed deposit is received. Standard projects normally use a 40% deposit, 30% after approval of the design or staging milestone, and 30% before launch and ownership handover. Smaller projects may use a 50/50 schedule. The written proposal always controls.

Revisions

Unless the proposal states otherwise, two reasonable revision rounds are included at each defined review stage. New requirements, major direction changes or additional rounds may require a revised quote.

Ownership and third-party items

After final payment, the client receives ownership of the custom website work and agreed project files. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, APIs and software remain subject to their original licences.

Acceptable use

TopAIWebsite may refuse projects involving unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful material.

Liability

Websites and automation can support business growth, but rankings, traffic, revenue and lead volume are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by law.
